Data Deletion
Relayd respects your right to remove your data from our systems. This page describes how to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you and what happens after a request is received.
1. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your Relayd data, send an email to privacy@relayd.org with the subject line:

In the body of the email, please include either your TikTok OpenID (the open_id value from your connected account) or your TikTok display name, so we can identify and verify the account to be deleted. If you have multiple connected accounts, list each one.
2. Service Level Agreement
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. If we need additional information to verify your identity or locate your data, we will reply within that 30-day window to request it.
3. What Gets Deleted
On completion of a deletion request, the following data is removed from Relayd's systems:
- OAuth refresh and access tokens for the identified account
- Profile metadata received from TikTok (open_id, display name, avatar URL)
- Cached account information and connection state
- Scheduled but not-yet-published draft posts associated with the account
